Oh Baby! Parmesan!

My husband is Swiss. As such, he is very much a bread, pasta, and cheese man. I’m sure that if you asked him what three foods he’d take to a deserted island, it would be some form of bread, a white sauce pasta dish, and cheese of some type.

I discovered Sam the Cooking Guy back in 2006 when he had a show on Discovery Health. I now follow him on Facebook. His recipes are delicious! Most of them aren’t exactly “healthy,” but they’re easy to make, beautiful on your plate, and delicious.

One such recipe is his Spicy Sausage Pasta. I make it regularly, and it is probably my husband’s favorite meal. Take a look at his recipe! It’s so easy to make, and when you’re finished, you have this scrumptious, gooey pasta that practically melts on your tongue.

I, of course, always slightly alter the recipe. For this, I added slightly more of all of the ingredients for the “sauce,” specifically more cream, butter, and parmesan cheese.
